LANYARD CARE:
All of our lanyards can be hand washed using warm water and soap/washing detergent. Simply wash your lanyard with your hands or a soft sponge until clean. Once clean simply dry the lanyard with a towel/cloth and leave to naturally dry if at all still damp. All lanyards that have been fully submerged in water and have become wet will dry in just a couple of hours if not immediately once towel dried.

RETURNS POLICY:
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any custom orders unless they are faulty or incorrect, so please ensure that you choose the correct colours, size and style as you will not be eligible to return it.
All faulty or incorrect orders will be replaced and not refunded.
