Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any custom orders unless they are faulty. All faulty custom orders will be replaced and not refunded.
All non-custom orders can be returned within 7 days from receipt of item but please contact us first for confirmation before returning any item! All returned items must be in the brand new and unused condition it was sent out and received in!
We highly recommend returning all items back to us via recorded/tracked delivery as we do not take any responsibility for any lost packages! *We only refund the value of the product and not for the shipping costs.*
Once an item has been sent back and received by us we will examine the order to ensure no damage has been done. Once checked if the order is in the same brand new condition we will issue a refund immediately. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
We ship all cushions via Tracked delivery so our customers can keep up-to-date with their order throughout the whole shipping process! All keyring's are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (UK) or Standard Airmail (International) unless a different shipping method has been chosen at checkout.
All UK cushion orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and all keyring orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. *Other shipping options are available at checkout!*
All international cushion orders are shipped via International Tracked and Signed For. All keyring orders are shipped via Standard Airmail.
Once an order has been dispatched we no longer have control, therefore we cannot prevent any delays that are caused during the shipping process. Delays may occur due to custom waiting times, holidays, weather and more!
