FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below are a list of some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. Can I return my item?
All custom orders are exempt from returns unless they are faulty in which case we will replace your item. If your order is faulty/incorrect please contact us for an immediate resolution.
2. Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time a cancellation can not be made.
3. How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched the average estimated waiting times are;
United Kingdom: 1-3 days
United States: 7-14 days
Australia: 8-18 days
Europe: 5-12 days
*Please note that these are estimated time frames only. Delays may occur, however these are out of our control.*
4. How long does it take before my item(s) are shipped?
All items have an average estimated processing time of 6-10 days.
Please allow for slight delays during busy periods such as Christmas where processing times can be up to 14 days.
5. Do you ship to my country?
Yes! Pickle and Onion Adventures ships WORLDWIDE!
6. I haven't received my item yet?
If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email, don't worry. Your item(s) are still being processed and we'll inform you as soon as we have dispatched your order!
If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us and you still haven't received your order please do the following:
• Check your tracking *if eligible*. If you order has been sent with tracking all of your tracking information will be located within your shipment confirmation email.
• Wait the estimated delivery period. Please see question 3 for your countries estimated delivery time.
• Contact us! If you have waited the estimated delivery time frame and have still not received your order please contact us via email and we will resolve your problem ASAP.
Please note that orders sent outside of the UK may experience delays due to the customs process where packages can be held for multiple days.
7. Can my pet be turned into a keyring, keyfob, etc?
Absolutely! We can turn all subjects (pets, humans and more) into any one of our products; all we need is a picture!
Please keep in mind that the quality of your image will be the same image quality that will be printed onto your item.
8. How much is shipping?
To calculate your shipping costs please add all of your required items to your cart. Once complete simply go into your cart and scroll down to the bottom. You will be shown your 'Subtotal', followed by your 'Shipping' fee. Where it says 'Shipping' you can click the link and select your country for an exact shipping fee before proceeding to checkout.
